Overall generally disappointed with our stay and will most likely not be returning.

We found having to constantly ask the receptionist for new towels to be extremely frustrating, especially when we were expecting to come back to a clean room but it was just the exact same as when we left.

The swimming pool was also a decisive factor for us to book the hotel, and to find out we actually weren’t able to use it because the water quality had to be checked by someone was really disappointing. We also found the surrounding area of the pool to be uncared for and the outdoor seating area next to the pool to be quite dirty.

My overall experience was very positive. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and felt quite new. Everything was well-maintained, and I had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We used the hotel as a stop over before heading to the airport. We used the pool when we arrived and lovely seating area outside.
Location was in an industrial area but this was no problem as we had a car.
10 mins took us into centre of Martigue beautiful harbour

1. Calculating the Overall Rating

Each review is rated on a scale of 1 to 5. The overall rating displayed on our website is the average of all ratings received.

Each rating is based on criteria common to all establishments in the network:

  • The Room
  • The Reception
  • The Bathroom
  • Breakfast
  • Access to the Hotel

Some establishments also have specific criteria based on their services: restaurant, wellness area, etc.
For each review, we add up the ratings assigned to each criterion, then divide this total by the number of criteria evaluated to generate the establishment's overall rating.

2. Certified Reviews

Only guests who have actually stayed at the establishment receive an invitation to share their experience. This approach guarantees that 100% of the reviews published are authentic. Reviews are collected via the Customer Alliance platform and transmitted in their entirety to our website.

3. Publication and Moderation of Reviews

We strive to publish all reviews, whether positive or negative. However, some reviews cannot be displayed, particularly those containing:
